Why did you change sites?
We have chosen to change our store site due to Gumroad’s high operating fees! Because we want to provide shipping to customers, we are changing our site to Fourthwall with lower fees to keep cost down and provide the best service to you all!
This will also allow you to purchase through PayPal!
If I ordered on Gumroad originally, where is my order? Is it okay?
All of the original Gumroad orders are safe and accounted for! There was nothing inherently wrong with the site itself, it just doesn’t suit our best interests. You will receive your items as intended once the preorder period is over. We appreciate your support and enthusiasm ordering on the first day!
Will the prices change? Does this affect how much I’ve spent?
Nope! The prices for all the bundles and shipping costs will remain the same on the new site. Old and new customers will have paid the same prices for bundles. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you so much for supporting Encore, Pwease!
Product Orders & Refunds Cancellation Policy
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues.
Orders are non-refundable.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
You may also recieve landing fees, so please keep that in mind when purchasing. The zine is not responsible for any additional amounts.
